Associate Quantity Surveyor (PQS) Location: Manchester (flexible hybrid working)
A multi-disciplinary design led property consultancy with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex, large-scale developments across the North of the UK.
Seeking a driven Associate Quantity Surveyor to lead and grow the QS team in Manchester. Lead, manage and grow a small QS team of 4 based in Manchester.
Provide strategic oversight across the wider business to develop the QS business within a well-established (over 20 years in the North West) design and construction consultancy.
Support business development — work winning experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Major flagship regeneration projects across 2 major North West cities.
Cost Management and Project & Development Management services:
The Associate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for aligning resource management and providing first-class Cost Management and Project & Development Management services, across their impressive range of private and public sector clients; Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Hotels, Industrial, Retail, Education, Public Sector, Health & Care, Infrastructure, and Sports & Leisure.
