Key Responsibilities Process Improvement: Review and refine administrative systems to eliminate inefficiencies and implement best practices. Workflow Management: Oversee and balance workload across three teams, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met. Team Leadership: Motivate, guide, and develop team members to achieve high performance and collaboration. Operational Oversight: Maintain compliance, manage resources effectively, and ensure seamless office operations. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor KPIs and provide insights to senior management for continuous improvement. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar leadership role. Strong background in process improvement and implementing efficiency strategies. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
