In this position, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering enquiries, and providing expert guidance on products and services. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to conduct product testing, ensuring the highest levels of quality and performance.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide prompt and effective technical support to customers via various channels, including phone, emails and Microsoft Teams\nResolve customer issues and answer enquiries regarding products and services\nConduct product testing to ensure high-quality performance and reliability\nCollaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical and product-related issues\nUtilise a logical troubleshooting approach to address customer concerns\nMaintain a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills\nKeep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends\nParticipate in training sessions to enhance technical skillsSkill Requirements:\n\nProven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technology-related industry\nAbility to quickly understand and use technical terminology\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with a polite telephone manner\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problemsDesirable Requirements:\n\nExperience with product testing methodologies and tools\nBasic knowledge of electronics\nExperience in the OEM automotive or motorsport industries, with knowledge of vehicle data analysis, testing, or race data analysisDue to the location of my client, you must be able to drive and have your own transport.\n\nIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional support, we would love to hear from you.
