Relevant experience is preferred but we’re open to considering a dynamic, creative fast‑learner.

* Oversee the nominations entry process for all MediaClash awards programmes: contact prospective companies and entrants, track submissions, maintain accurate entry records and support the shortlisting process with internal teams.
* Manage all house adverts: scheduling, updating content, providing creative input and ensuring brand consistency across outputs.
* Deliver clear, timely communications with awards finalists, sponsors and winners—including assets, event information, timelines and promotional materials, and keep brand websites up to date.
* Provide monthly performance analysis across all communication channels, including insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
* Collate a wide range of content, such as show guides, scripts and information for editors.
* Create added value for clients by delivering post‑campaign reports, providing insights and feedback, and suggesting ways to enhance future partnerships.
