We are looking for a higher-level teaching assistant to work on a full-time basis. The school is based in Swindon and easy to access on public transport The ideal candidate will have knowledge of phonics as you will be working with small groups to teach the children to read. We are looking for someone with a nurturing nature who has experience working with early years foundation stage, however this skill set will be used with teenagers. Hours of work are 8.30-3.30pm and is a long-term post. The team within the school are extremely welcoming, supportive and provide a fun, light-hearted place to work.
