Customer Services & Order Processing Coordinator
Bristol Full Time Permanent

We are working with a well-established, fast-paced business based in Bristol to recruit a Customer Services & Order Processing Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service from first contact through to fulfilment.


The Role

You will be the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries, handling calls professionally and processing orders with a high degree of accuracy. Working closely with internal teams across sales, warehousing and logistics, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience and the smooth day-to-day running of the order management process.


Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Accurately process and input orders into internal systems
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment
* Investigate and resolve customer queries or discrepancies promptly
* Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions
* Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required


Skills & Experience

* Experience in a customer service, order processing or call handling environment is desirable
* Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
* Comfortable working with computer systems and data entry
* Able to work at pace in a busy, deadline-driven environment
