Tudor Employment Agency is currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Tudor team here in Walsall.
Responsibilities include:
1. Using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract potential candidates
2. Reviewing CVs, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and assessing candidate suitability for specific roles
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and preferences
4. Writing and posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms
5. Maintaining and updating the recruitment database with candidate and client information
6. Conducting industry research to understand trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities
7. Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and record-keeping
8. Participating in business development and sales activities
The ideal candidate:
* Knowledge of the commercial division is advantageous
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
* Highly motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
* Willing to learn and adapt to industry trends and challenges
* Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
* Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and clients

Hours of work: 8am – 5pm or 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
