Group: Communications Executive, Cyber Security Education & Awareness
Salary: £40,000 plus bonus and benefits
Location: Surrey. This UK - based role offers hybrid working, with flexibility to support a healthy work-life balance

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation where you can play a critical role in strengthening their security culture globally. The Team’s mission is to reduce risk across the organisation and take an established awareness programme to the next level.
You’ll support the team in delivering creative internal communications and training materials, coordinating global awareness activities, running training and phishing campaigns, and analysing data to drive continuous improvement.
What you’ll do:
Content Creation & Communications
* Produce clear, accurate, and engaging written content for a variety of internal channels, including SharePoint intranet articles, email newsletters, community channels, whiteboard notices, and training materials.
* Communicate complex or technical security information in simple, authentic, and relatable ways.
* Contribute creative ideas to campaigns that help their messages stand out and drive behaviour change.
Cyber Education & Awareness
* Administer and setup phishing and training campaigns using their Information Security platform (training provided).
* Attend related user group meetings as necessary.
* Present to new employees as part of the IT & Cyber Security induction.
What you’ll need:
* Exceptional written communication skills – clear, concise, engaging, and authentic.
* Strong planning and organisational capabilities, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Confident using PowerPoint
* Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage workload effectively.
* Experience in internal communications
* Experience supporting campaigns, projects or activities in a fast-paced environment, providing day-to-day support for the lead, including regular reporting and planning.
* Demonstrated experience producing written content for internal audiences.
