As an IT Support Specialist, you will be part of the EMEA IT support team, delivering high-quality technical assistance to Revvity end users across the region. You’ll be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, supporting lab environments, and ensuring top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues (Windows, Office 365, Android, iOS)
2. Provide hands-on IT support for end users across the EMEA region
3. Analyze problems and apply fixes or escalate to relevant support teams
4. Log and update all incidents and service requests in the IT service desk system
5. Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software
6. Troubleshoot issues with printers, copiers, scanners, and lab IT systems
7. Deliver outstanding customer service in all user interactions
8. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users at all levels
9. Create and maintain user-friendly IT documentation and guides
Requirements
10. Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role
11. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, mobile OS (Android/iOS)
12. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
13. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
14. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude
15. Experience with IT service desk tools and documentation practices
