1. JOB TITLE: Senior B2B Marketing Executive 12 month FTC
2. SALARY: £43,803 to £53,538
3. LOCATION(S): Watford
4. HOURS: Full-time
5. WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Watford office.
About this Opportunity
This role sits within a wider marketing team that specialises in ensuring we deliver impactful brand messaging to our addressable UK market. Working with the marketing managers and director this role will assist in B2B marketing strategy, planning and execution. Identifying the best B2B multi-channel lead generation opportunities, managing the telemarketing function and creating campaigns to build our B2B lead pipeline.

What you’ll need
6. Manage B2B campaigns online and offline from initial planning through to execution
7. Utilise customer/prospect feedback to shape and advise on marketing activities and messaging
8. Create marketing content to drive lead generation analysing campaign performance and identifying mailshot opportunities
9. maintain Tusker’s website, ensuring content is kept up to date and updating messaging as and when required
10. Become a CRM superuser working to keep data up to date and using the system to plan events and activities
11. Management of B2B Social Media sites such as Linked In including research of best practice, topical information and advice. Copywriting and designing content for newsletters and mailshots
12. Providing monthly campaign report to show activity performance with ideas for improvement
13. Management of telemarketing executives and new business opportunity database ensuring data is fit for purpose
14. Parental cover for sales support and B2B events
And any experience of these would be really useful
15. Experience building and tracking campaigns
16. Ability to plan and organise own workload, with the strong attention to detail necessary to ensure campaigns are implemented thoroughly and competently
17. Experience organising events and exhibitions to time and budget
18. Ability to work under pressure with a focus on priorities
19. Experience of lead generation activities
20. Strong communication and presentation skills with high attention to detail is a requirement
21. Results driven and constantly striving to achieve a better ROI
22. Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
