Hours: 44 hours on a rota basis (between Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sunday 11:00 - 15:00)
Salary: £60,000 OTE (including £35,000 base plus bonus and Company Car)
About the Role
Business and Transaction Managers are essential to the success of our dealerships. Your role will be to coach and develop your team, build long‑lasting and meaningful relationships, and maintain excellent levels of compliance and commitment to treating customers fairly. You will also be responsible for driving performance in Compliance, Finance & Insurance, forecasts, and planning.
Responsibilities
* Identify appropriate funding and insurance options for customers while maintaining compliance and treating customers fairly.
* Understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations to ensure accurate information is given when negotiating a vehicle sale.
* Monitor finance and insurance performance against expectations while maintaining a compliant sales process.
* Coach and develop team skills to achieve business objectives.
* Assist in planning, forecasting trends, and revising plans for the dealership.
* Acquire a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries and log all activity to monitor outcomes and provide regular feedback to the management team.
Requirements
* Previous automotive experience is essential.
* Full UK driving licence.
