My client are a growing manufacturing business.
Job Description
3. Deliver monthly management accounts
4. Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and assist when required
5. Own support schedules/data (e.g. fixed asset registers, bank reconciliations, accrual/prepayment schedules)
6. Interrogate revenue reporting/system
7. Review VAT returns and assist with other tax work
8. Manage invoices payable system
9. Manage cashflow
10. Assist with audit fieldwork and review statutory accounts
11. Coordinate and review payroll
12. Manage finance team members (two direct reports)
13. Ensure bank loan compliance
14. Enhance processes to improve timeliness and quality of information
The Successful Applicant
15. Qualified accountant
16. SME experience, sub £30m
17. Happy being hands on whilst also working with senior leaders & stakeholders
18. Proactive, able to take ownership, and be willing to lead and manage change
19. Team management experience

20. Salary circa £65,000-£75,000
