About the Role:
As a Business Development Director, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing our growth strategy. You'll identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and help take the business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across key markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships.

What We're Looking For:
* Proven track record in business development, ideally at a senior level.
* Strong network and understanding of the London property market.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-starter with a strategic mindset and results-driven approach.
* Experience and a strong track record in property business development.
The package:
* Competitive base salary up to £100,000.
* OTE of £150,000+ with uncapped earning potential.
