About the Role: As an apprentice, you will work alongside our experienced Room Leaders, Nursery Managers, and other team members to help deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. You will assist in creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children, both indoors and outdoors, while gaining practical experience and completing the academic components of your apprenticeship. Key Responsibilities: Help plan and deliver play-based activities that promote each child's learning and development. Ensure the nursery is a safe, stimulating, and caring space for children, staff, and visitors. Learn and adhere to nursery policies, including safeguarding and health and safety procedures. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, maintaining clear communication. Support the nursery team in meeting Ofsted requirements and ensuring high standards of care and education. What You Will Gain: A nationally recognised qualification in early years education. Hands-on experience in a professional and supportive childcare setting. A fixed day off each week (4-day work week). One week off during the Christmas holiday period.
