WE'RE HIRING – Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Blooming Kids Day Nursery is looking for a passionate and committed Level 3 Practitioner to join our team.
We are an independent, Ofsted rated Good nursery caring for children aged 3 months – 5 years. Based on Winchester Road, just a five-minute walk from Andover town centre and bus station, we are proud of our calm, well-organised environment and the high standards we uphold every day.
This is early years done properly.
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification
* Has a secure understanding of the EYFS and child development
* Can plan and deliver purposeful, engaging learning experiences
* Understands safeguarding and health & safety responsibilities
* Builds strong, positive relationships with their key children and families
* Completes observations thoughtfully and consistently
* Works professionally as part of a supportive team
* Follows Blooming Kids policies and procedures with care and consistency
