Assist on managing, monitoring, and reporting on commercial aspects of EHL Projects. Assist with the production of cost control documents using information from final agreed contract pricing documents. Participate in identifying areas of risk/scope and develop/monitor with project teams / manufacturing facility. Support project management and commercial team to identify and secure reimbursement of variations of the contracted scope of works, valuations, applications and claims in line with contract requirements. Collaborate with the commercial team in developing and maintaining accurate cost reporting/monitoring/forecasting for respective costs against budget for financial reports. Assist with the Preparation, Procurement, and management of simple subcontract packages. Assist with the identification of risk and opportunity within subcontract tenders’ documentation. Assist with contract administration both Pre/Post Contract within EHL project portfolio. The training you will be getting Level 4 Construction Quality Surveying Technician Standard including End of Point of Assessment course will take place in the Work Place.
