Location: Flexible, (Hybrid) with a requirement to attend the Salford office once per month
Salary: £31,808 to £33,825 per annum

What will a day in the life of a Support Analyst - CRM (Client Relationship Manager) involve?
1. Monitor system performance and alerts to detect anomalies or disruptions.
2. Investigate and triage reported errors or unexpected behaviour within HubSpot.
3. Design and implement automated workflows tailored to team-specific needs.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map processes.
5. Test and validate workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
6. Oversee data entry standards and enforce data hygiene protocols.
