Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected national training provider, to recruit an Operations Co-ordinator. This administration role will work alongside the scheduling, sales support and operations admin teams. This role will require excellent communication skills and a pro-active approach. Working directly with stakeholders and driving improvements for the department, and processes within.
Key Responsibilities for the Operations Co-ordinator/Administrator:
1. Accurately track and monitor the progress of training applications, ensuring these are processed timely, in line with internal KPIs.
2. Liaise with training centres and trainers within, to ensure a timely submission and process of paperwork
3. Support wider teams in auditing requirements
4. Drive improvements aligned to processes, to establish smarter ways of working
5. Maintain a forward plan of meetings to ensure that the company’s targets are met
6. Report activity within the company’s MIS system
7. Tracking and processing of certificates aligned to commercial training
8. Undertake any required general administration to support the operations function
9. Provide advice and guidance regarding the qualification process and associated matters
10. Provide updates to customers on training agreements as required
11. Contact learners to ensure documentation is completed accurately and in a timely fashion
Candidate Requirements for the Operations Co-ordinator:
12. Excellent customer care approach
13. Good telephone manner and communication skills
14. Experience with use of Microsoft word
15. Good administrative skills
16. Experience of interacting with clients and learners in a professional manner
17. Strong attention to detail
18. Able to follow processes
19. Enthusiasm in the workplace
20. Work well under pressure
21. The ideal candidate will ideally possess the following qualifications; however, training will be given where required:
22. Information, Advice & Guidance qualification to a minimum of Level 2
23. Educated to a minimum of GCSE grade C in English and Maths or equivalent
What’s on Offer for the Operations Co-ordinator:
24. Full-time, Permanent, 08.00am – 16.00pm, Monday to Friday
25. £25,500.00 per year
