Due to continued growth and a strong order book, we are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen our commercial team based at our Wigan headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to play a key role within a successful and expanding contractor, working closely with directors and senior management on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, Estimators and Directors, you will ensure projects are delivered profitably whilst maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.
