About the
Role Lead development of innovative AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies Simulate and design switching converters using tools like Mathcad, Simplis, SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink Collaborate closely with mechanical, controls, EMI, and layout teams Prepare schematic designs, parts lists, and oversee prototyping and testing Support international engineering activities across a global network As this is a global organization there may be opportunities to work out of offices in Europe, Asia, and the US. What We Need From You: A degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering Experience in power electronics, including semiconductors, magnetics, and control theory Hands-on knowledge of LLC, phase-shift converters, active PFC Proficient with lab tools (oscilloscopes, ACDC and DCDC loads), CAD software, and structured design processes Familiar with PCB layout and purchasing Experience in EMC compliance Interest in automation, drones, and smart robotics Why Relocate to Glasgow?
