The Logistics & Sales Operations Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to both the sales and logistics teams. This role ensures the smooth processing of sales orders, timely delivery of products, and accurate coordination between internal departments and external customers. The Role: Sales Administration • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative support and documentation. • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices. • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports. • Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and after-sales support. • Track and report on sales performance metrics. • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence from clients. • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. Logistics Coordination • Manage daily shipping operations for the UK and EU, including invoicing and Proof of Delivery (POD) management. • Handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA), warranty registrations, and demo stock tracking. • Monitor inventory, resolve stock discrepancies, and maintain order forecasts. • Communicate proactively with sales teams and customers about ETAs, delays, and fulfilment updates. • Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce) and ensure accurate data entry for discontinued or replacement products. • Prepare weekly PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) reports and monthly stock/shipping reports for management and shareholders.
