Warwickshire County Council’s Youth Service is offering three new opportunities for enthusiastic youth workers to join our team. We are looking for JNC-qualified youth workers and trainee youth workers.
Details of roles:
* 2 x 2-year fixed-term positions for qualified or trainee youth workers.
* Roles based at Lillington Youth Centre or Ratcliffe Youth Centre.
* Applicants should specify in their supporting statement which roles they are applying for.
Our team operates across six youth work bases and delivers services including one-to-one support, group work, youth clubs, and detached youth work. We value the voices, needs, and aspirations of young people and aim to make a positive impact on their lives.
Candidate requirements:
* JNC degree-qualified youth workers with experience working with young people in diverse settings.
* Confident in collaboration and working in a team-oriented environment.
* Work includes two evenings per week, occasional weekends, with flexible hours.
Not JNC qualified yet? We are open to recruiting trainee youth workers who will enroll in a two-year, part-time postgraduate qualification while working with us. Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree.
