About the Role
Are you a passionate leader in pharmacy looking to make a real impact? As the Director of Pharmacy at Moses Lake Community Health Center, you will spearhead our Pharmacy Department, overseeing two in-house pharmacies and third-party pharmacy dispensing contracts. Your leadership will not only ensure optimal pharmacy operations but also create a positive work environment for our dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and implement service delivery for optimal patient care.
* Oversee the 340B program, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and sharing insights with the team.
* Develop and modify pharmacy policies to maintain program integrity.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on the 340B Oversight Committee.
* Lead the Pharmacy and Therapeutic Committee, ensuring all medication-related processes are reviewed and communicated.
* Collaborate with peers to develop drug-utilization initiatives that optimize therapeutic outcomes.
* Manage the pharmacy department's budget, identifying variances and opportunities for financial performance improvement.
* Function as a Pharmacist as needed.
* Promote a respectful, safe, and positive work environment for all staff.
* Contribute actively to leadership forums to enhance communication across departments.
* Ensure policies and procedures are current and relevant.
* Manage human resources functions within the department.
What We’re Looking For
* Five or more years of successful experience at the pharmacy director level.
* A Pharmacy degree and a valid Washington State Pharmacist License.
* Ability to read and speak Spanish and/or Russian is a plus, but not required.
* Willingness to travel between work sites; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are necessary.
