This role gives you the perfect mix of people leadership, process improvement and day-to-day HR delivery. As a HR Shared Services Team Leader you will be responsible for:
* Producing contracts of employment and variation of terms letters for new and
* existing employees
* Dealing with high-volume HR queries from stakeholders across the business
* Coaching, developing and managing the performance of the team to create an environment of high performance and continuous improvement
* Driving automation, improving workflows and spotting opportunities to reduce admin and increase accuracy
* Acting as the go-to for queries, escalations and operational problem-solving within the shared service function
* Coordinating and supporting with Employee Relations and absence managment issues
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience within a shared services setting
* Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in automoation and process improvement
