Role: Oracle HCM Functional Analyst
Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Working Pattern: Business operating hours are between 08:30 – 18:00. The location of work is Peterborough, with the option for a blended working approach, agreed with your Line Manager.
Location: CITB Peterborough Office, 4 Cyrus Way, Peterborough, PE7 8HP (up to 3 days a week remote working)
Contract: Permanent
Grade: Specialist Contributor 2
Salary Range: £36,000 - £44,000 per annum
Target Salary: £42,642 per annum
Responsibilities
* Managing and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud from a HR perspective
* Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all modules
* Leading system enhancements and updates
* Conducting compliance audits and ensuring regulatory alignment
* Supporting HR teams with data-driven insights for strategic planning
What we’re looking for
Essential Criteria:
* Extensive experience as a data analytics specialist in a fast-paced HR environment
* Strong ability to independently query, manipulate, analyse, and interpret data
* Proven experience integrating data-driven insights into business decision-making
* Exceptional stakeholder management and business acumen
* Ability to document business requirements and deliver in an agile environment
* Proficiency in reporting and data visualisation tools, especially Microsoft Power BI
Desirable Criteria:
* Solid experience using Oracle HR systems
* Line management experience
