Job Spec
* Carryoutperiodicduties as outlined in the site Assignment Instructions
* Be present oncentremallto ensure a safe,cleanand secure environmentis maintained
* Conduct patrols covering all areas of themalland serviceareas
* Take an active role in emergency situations including first aid and fire warden
* Oversee external contractormanagement to ensure safe working practices
* Maintain cleaning standards on site.
* Working directly withCentreManagerensureall periodic compliance checks are completed.
* Manage site team ensuring all scheduling, HR and payroll tasks are completed andsubmittedin line with company submission dates.
Candidate requirements
* Enjoy working part of a team as well as the ability to work independently to reach the shared goal
* Good communication skills both written and verbal toassistwithaccuratereport writing
* Excellent time management
* Smart,well-groomedand confident
* Conflict Management aware
* High level of customer care awareness
* Familiar with patrolling andmonitoring fromboth a loss prevention aspect and health & safety
* SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guardlicence
* Previous Security/Cleaning supervisory experience preferred.
* Experience of MS office applications.
