Job Title: Cost Engineer
As a Cost Engineer, you will be responsible for providing cost management services to our clients, including:
1. Supporting the Cost Lead with the implementation of cost systems, procedures, and templates.
2. Assisting project teams in submitting timely and accurate cost information, including reports on EAC, ETC, ACWP, and baseline comparisons.
3. Monitoring project expenditures to ensure alignment with the budget.
4. Preparing detailed financial reports for stakeholders.
5. Supporting cost re-baseline exercises, forecasts, and budget updates.
6. Analyzing project cost data to support program objectives, including earned value and trend analysis.
7. Collaborating with project managers to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:
* Professional experience in project controls, specializing in senior cost engineering across multiple sectors and project stages.
* Proficiency with cost engineering and forecasting tools such as PRISM, EcoSys, or Cobra.
* Degree in a relevant technical or management field or equivalent qualifications and experience.
* Membership in a relevant professional body, e.g., APM or PMI.
* Excellent skills in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong communication skills for conveying cost and performance information.
