We are looking for a Logistics Administrator – Expediting to join our team in Brighton. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end expediting process to ensure timely delivery of customer orders while maintaining exceptional service standards. What You’ll Do: Manage and monitor customer orders from receipt to packing list delivery Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to resolve any issues Track shipments and maintain up-to-date order status Communicate proactively with customers about order progress and delivery timelines Analyse delays and backorders to identify opportunities for process improvement Ensure accuracy in documentation and purchase order processing What We’re Looking For: Strong background in customer service – logistics experience is a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities Able to work well under pressure and collaborate effectively with different teams Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics tracking tools is desirable Why Join Us?
