Job Description
1. Advise clients on legal matters related to Private Equity M&A transactions within the Asset Management sector.
2. Draft and review complex legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and regulatory filings.
3. Provide counsel on structuring and negotiating private equity deals.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless legal support for transactions.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all legal processes.
6. Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for potential mergers and acquisitions.
7. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support their business objectives.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments to provide strategic advice.
