Whats on offer
* £19.00 per hour (including shift allowance)
* 37 hours per week no weekends
* 3-shift rotation(days during training)

The role
Youll operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality, precision components, ensuring all work meetsstrict quality and customer standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Operating CNC Milling, Grinding or EDM machines
* Machining parts in line with approved method specifications
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Setting up fixtures and aligning components correctly
* Self-inspecting parts using manual measuring equipment
* Supporting inspections using CMM equipment
* Achieving production, quality and housekeeping targets
* Working in full compliance with quality, safety and company procedures
What were looking for
* Previous experience inCNC Milling, Grinding or EDM
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
* Experience inspecting your own work to quality standards
* Aerospace experience xsngvjr is advantageous butnot essential
* Willingness to develop machine setting skills
* Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
