Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our 65 bedded nursing home in Shadwell. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
3. Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
4. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
5. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
6. Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control policies and procedures.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Valid Registered Nurse license.
2. Proven experience in a clinical setting.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
6. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
