About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Developer specializing in Legal Technology to join our dynamic technology team based in Birmingham, with a hybrid working model. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and maintaining business‑critical solutions that streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance user experiences. Your expertise will contribute to Noir’s ongoing digital transformation initiatives, supporting the integration of various platforms and systems across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, alongside proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, and REST APIs. Your responsibilities will include building scalable solutions, developing integrations with third‑party systems, troubleshooting application issues, and supporting workflow automation projects. Experience with legal technology platforms such as VisualFiles and workflow systems will be highly advantageous, as you will be working closely with legal professionals and operational teams to deliver tailored technology solutions.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
* Strong proficiency in .NET framework, C#, and SQL database management
* Experience with REST API development and integration
* Familiarity with workflow automation and business process management systems
* Knowledge of legal technology platforms such as VisualFiles or similar systems is highly desirable
* Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
* Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies or software development are advantageous
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform to automate and optimize business processes
* Create and manage Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards to support operational needs
* Develop and support integrations between Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and third‑party systems using REST APIs and other integration tools
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
* Support existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve functionality and performance
* Participate in system testing, documentation, and deployment of new features and updates
* Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies and legal tech solutions to recommend improvements
