Job Description
Responsible for client delivery performance across high volume projects for Tesco, alongside management responsibility.

Responsibilities
Project Management
* Day to day responsibility for managing projects
* Interpreting and consolidation of client briefs and sending back a response to brief
* Being main POC for client – ensuring full visibility across campaigns and working closely with agencies and client for status updates.
* Managing and working closely with the PM team on day to day briefs, ensuring quality and OTD
* Main POC for the client from a day to day production perspective
* Setting and managing project timelines and CE’s
* Briefing projects in to the studio
* Ensuring internal trackers, systems are kept updated at all times
* Ensuring all output meets client requirements, has been through QC and is approved before release to the client
* Liaise with internal Tag teams to deliver projects
* Manages and inputs on volume forecasts for accounts and subsequently resource requirements
* With support from the Project Delivery Director, handling issue escalation and resolution
* Ensures PM teams’ utilization is <80%
Financial Management
* Billing management, ensuring work is billed correctly and timely across the account by themselves and the team
* KPI performance monitoring
* Assisting with 3rd party suppliers/internal Op Co negotiations
* Working with the Project Delivery Director on client profitability
* Under guidance from the Project Delivery Director handle debtor management
Workflow Management
* Assisting the Project Delivery Director with designing workflows, processes, setting of key stakeholder R&R’s and quality control
* Ensure all jobs are processed correctly following agreed processes
* KPI performance monitoring
Client Development
* Develop, maintain and extend client relationships
* Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business
* Manage client expectations in relation to project objectives, timelines and budgets
* To work closely with the client and consult on the best route to market
* Ensure client satisfaction, input on regular client reviews
Technology
* Be an advocate of Di, manage all elements of the client processes as agreed. To keep the system updated with specifications, status and costs as required.
* To understand new technologies and have an awareness of emerging technologies
People Management
* Assisting the Project Delivery Director to design the team structure and setting of roles and responsibilities
* Team performance monitoring
* Mentoring of junior team members
* Conducting regular team reviews
Client Specific
* Understand the full end-to-end campaign process and the client brand
* To challenge the brief and ensure we are using the best channel to market
* To consult and drive the client to the awareness of new technologies and other Tag service lines
* To understand the client industry, products and competitors
* To develop strong client relationships within the client base
* Act as the link with other Tag business areas
