We are looking for a Prescription Management Administrator to join our department on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities
Support the Pharmacy Prescription Management Operations by managing prescriptions, entering patient data, and handling pharmacy communications. Assist in the safe, effective, and efficient supply of medication, following all regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.
* Follow and promote relevant SOPs and company policies
* Scan documents into document management systems or databases
* Ensure accurate input of patient data into systems
* Respond professionally to correspondence from patients and clients
* Maintain documentation filing systems
* Label and dispense prescriptions accurately and timely, ensuring confidentiality and data protection
* Collaborate with the Prescription Management and dispensing teams for accurate patient data processing
* Read and comply with communications from head office and others
* Perform any reasonable requests from appropriate persons
* Contribute to continuous improvement by providing suggestions
* Support other departments as needed during busy periods
Hours:
Monday - Friday on a 3-week rotating schedule:
* 7am - 4pm
* 8am - 5pm
* 9am - 6pm
Experience and Skills:
* 1 year experience in a pharmacy setting (desirable)
* Previous admin experience (preferred but not essential)
Qualifications:
1 year experience in a pharmacy setting (desirable)
Personal Skills & Qualities:
* Confidence in providing accurate, technical knowledge for medicine supply
* Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with the pharmacy team
* Confidence in responding to communications from hospitals, patients, and internal personnel
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
