Description
We’re looking for a Customer Success & Implementation Specialist (Trainer) to join our growing healthcare technology team.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll play a key part in helping pharmacy partners successfully implement, adopt, and optimise our solutions. You’ll combine onboarding, training, and customer success expertise to ensure our clients achieve real operational value from day one.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead the onboarding, configuration, and deployment of pharmacy technology solutions:
* Coordinate system integrations with pharmacy management systems, ePrescribing, and EMR/EHR platforms
* Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions to pharmacists, technicians, and managers
* Act as the primary point of contact during go-live and early-stage implementation
* Build strong, long-term relationships with pharmacy teams and stakeholders
* Monitor adoption metrics and recommend workflow improvements
* Conduct regular business reviews, showcasing value and performance
* Support customer renewals and identify opportunities for account growth
* Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product & Engineering teams
* Ensure usage aligns with healthcare compliance and data protection standards

* High customer satisfaction (CSAT) and NPS scores

What We’re Looking For
* Background as a pharmacy technician, dispenser, or pharmacist
* Understanding of pharmacy workflows (dispensing, inventory, patient management)
* Ideally, experience delivering training and system implementations
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience using CRM/customer platforms
Nice to Have
* Experience with systems like McKesson, PioneerRx, Omnicell, or similar
* Exposure to health IT integrations
* Qualifications in Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, Business, or similar
