We're working with a growing fit-out contractor looking for someone from a pre-con / estimating background to step into a more commercial, client-facing role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING
* Taking projects from early-stage client discussions through to contract award
* Owning pricing, scope and commercial strategy
* Working directly with clients, designers and delivery teams
* Leading cost planning, value engineering and negotiations
* Handing over clean, well-structured projects into delivery
