Our client is seeking a Trust Administrator / Paralegal to join their highly regarded Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in trust administration. You'll work closely with the Trust Manager on the day-to-day administration of a complex portfolio of trusts, with full training and support provided to help you build technical knowledge and progress in your career.
The Role
Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the administration of a portfolio of trusts
* Preparing and maintaining trust documents and records
* Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and professional advisors
* Supporting with compliance around tax and regulatory requirements
* Providing wider administrative and organisational support to the Private Client team
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
* Experience in trust administration (advantageous, but not essential)
* Previous experience in a private client environment
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* An eagerness to develop a career in trust administration, with a proactive and positive attitude
