Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work within a range of mainstream and specialist schools across Poole The Role As a Teaching Assistant with SEN experience, you will: Provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language difficulties. Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment. Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies. Foster students’ confidence, independence, and social development. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure each pupil reaches their potential.
