The firm has a strong local reputation and offers a supportive, professional working environment.Role ResponsibilitiesManaging a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. The role involves running files independently, liaising with clients and third parties, and progressing matters efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and client care.Ideal CandidateYou will have around two or more years' experience in residential conveyancing and be confident handling files with minimal supervision.
