The Role As a Senior H and S Advisor, you will be the boots on the ground and the strategic voice for safety across multiple live sites. This isnt just a box:ticking exercise; you will be responsible for fostering a proactive safety culture and ensuring that construction projects are delivered without incident. Key Responsibilities: On:site Auditing: Conduct regular, rigorous health, safety, and environmental inspections across various sites. RAMS Review: Provide expert technical support in the development and review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Incident Investigation: Lead root:cause analysis for any near:misses or accidents, ensuring robust lessons learned are implemented. Training and Mentorshi p: Deliver site inductions, tool:box talks, and provide guidance to Site Managers and Sub:contractors. Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to CDM 2015 regulations and ISO 45001 standards. The Candidate We are looking for a pragmatic, assertive, and highly knowledgeable individual who understands the fast:paced nature of the London and Essex markets. Requirements: Experience: Proven background within the construction or property sectors is essential. Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction Certificate (Required); Grad:IOSH status or working towards CMIOSH is highly desirable.
