Responsibilities
* Be responsible for gathering and understanding the learning needs across all system users, through data analysis and regular consultation with managers and users.
* Identify trends and root cause of any problems and prioritise the delivery of innovative learning solutions to meet service and individual needs, including one to one support; group training; interactive demonstrations; up to date and detailed user guides; video scenarios.
* Be responsible for keeping up to date with all Mosaic system changes, including weekly attendance and contribution to Mosaic System meetings with IT Applications support. As a result, lead on planning, designing, and delivering comprehensive and appropriate training solutions for system users to enable a smooth transition to process and workflow changes.
* Ensure completion of the full training cycle, quality assuring training delivery and developing methods of evaluation at all levels to identify improvements, impact, and benefits realisation.
* Support staff to use Mosaic effectively and efficiently, recognising information as an organisational asset to deliver access to clean and consistent information while maintaining necessary protection for sensitive information in line with GDPR and Cyber Security legislation and best practice. Understand data protection legislation and why information kept within a local authority needs to be accurate, confidential and secure, and appropriate to deliver services effectively
* Problem solving skills to work with initiative without close supervision, responding to unanticipated problems and making decisions to progress team objectives
* Possess strong communication skills to clearly impart information and advice to others, encouraging them to adopt more efficient and technological smarter packages/processes
