Your Role and Impact
As a Midday Meal Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise pupils during lunch, ensuring safe movement in dining areas and corridors
* Support children who need encouragement or assistance during meals
* Promote good manners and respectful behaviour
* Oversee outdoor and indoor play activities
* Manage low-level behaviour issues calmly and consistently
* Encourage inclusive play, teamwork, and cooperation
* Be observant of children’s wellbeing and offer reassurance when needed
* Administer basic first aid where necessary (training provided)
* Report accidents, incidents, or safeguarding concerns according to school policies
