Qualifications
Essential
* Dedication to Ongoing Personal Growth
Desirable
* Mental Health Certificate Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 Qualification, or consent to pursue such training as soon as funding allows
Experience
Essential
* Experience in team-based mental health services delivery, which can be coupled with firsthand knowledge of mental health issues
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Essential
* Fundamental abilities in written communication
* Effective listening and strong verbal communication abilities
* The capacity to come up with creative ways to empower service users
Desirable
* Trained in venipuncture (or open to receiving training)
* Fundamental First Aid Knowledge
* Disclosure and Barring Service Verification
