This is a contract position offering £30 per hour, with an immediate start available. The Role As Estates Manager (Mechanical), you will lead and manage the delivery of Mechanical Hard FM services, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence across the site. You will oversee in-house operational staff and specialist contractors, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will act as the Responsible and/or Authorised Person for key mechanical disciplines, supporting the safe and compliant operation of critical systems.
