Bolt Technical are recruiting for a global engineering and manufacturing organisation seeking an RF Product Specialist to support customer engagement and product development activities. This role offers a unique blend of technical and commercial exposure, working closely with product management and customers in a growing, high-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support technical customer engagement, including meetings and presentations
* Provide RF expertise to support the sales process and internal teams
* Assist in managing customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions
* Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure product alignment
* Support product lifecycle activities and ongoing development
* Act as a key link between customers and internal stakeholders
What They’re Looking For
* Strong foundation in RF engineering (education or industry experience)
* Minimum A-level Physics (or equivalent)
* Ideally degree-qualified (BEng in Electronics/Electrical Engineering)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Customer-facing or commercial experience (preferred)
* BPSS clearance (or ability to obtain)
