You’ll get hands on experience across all areas of HR while working towards a CIPD qualification, giving you a strong foundation for a career in people and culture. No two days will be the same, you may be preparing contracts, supporting meetings, managing compliance providing admin support or helping colleagues with HR queries and you’ll always be learning along the way.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn. You’ll need GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with confidential information. You don’t need to have HR experience already, what matters most is that you’re proactive, a team player, and excited about starting your career in HR.

Bonus if you have: A-Levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualifications), some office or customer service experience, and an interest in how businesses support and develop their people.
