This role is ideally suited for a candidate with 5 years’ PQE upwards, looking to take on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.The role: You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property work, advising a loyal and growing client base. Matters will typically include:
Leasehold and freehold transactionsSales and purchasesCommercial leasesRefinancingLandlord and tenant matters
You will also play an active role in business development, with the opportunity to bring or build your own network of contacts.About You:
5+ years PQE in commercial propertyConfident, commercially minded and client-focusedStrong communication and relationship-building skillsBusiness development experience and drive to grow your practice
