With a strong reputation for quality and service, they are now looking for a Sales & Customer Service Executive to join their team at their Birmingham offices. The Role: Supporting the Northern Area Sales Manager, you will play a key part in keeping sales and customer service processes running smoothly. Duties will include: Processing sales orders accurately using Sage Liaising with the warehouse to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently Handling incoming calls and emails, delivering excellent customer service Building strong relationships with the dealer network Following up on sales enquiries and opportunities Maintaining accurate records of orders and customer interactions Working closely with colleagues to resolve queries and improve processes We are looking for someone who is: Confident, professional, and keen to learn Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable multitasking and prioritising in a busy office A clear communicator, both written and verbal Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – Sage knowledge is a bonus but not essential Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration is preferred Why Apply?
