This is an important role supporting key functions of the wider estate from organising and co-ordinating proactive maintenance and repair works, to compliance monitoring, ensuring a safe working environment and providing service functions. You’ll be a key member of the team and fully embrace the property ethos of supporting other teams to help achieve shared goals.Click here for more information about this locationAs the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be helping to make sure that Blickling Estate operates as it should; by playing a vital role in an efficient, effective and flexible facilities management service. You’ll be helping with the planning and implementation of both proactive and reactive maintenance and repairs across the estate's buildings and infrastructure. This may also include lending a hand with practical tasks occasionally. You’ll support the wider property team by keeping presentation and maintenance standards high.No two days will be the same, so you'll need a keen eye for detail, strong practical skills and an aptitude for administrative processes. There will also be developmental training opportunities available within the role.Occasional travel to other National Trust sites may be required, and travel expenses will be paid.
