The School are looking to appoint the Teaching Assistant as soon as possible to work on a 1:1 basis within Early Years. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to provide personalised support for students with SEN, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to thrive in their education. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the implementation of personalised learning plans for SEN students Offering 1:1 and small group support for children with ASD.
